Case Study: Feature suggestion for the virtual assistant app.

Use Case: The user can create the tasks which he/she wants the agent/s to deliver on his behalf. Once the task is assigned the assistant completes the task and the user pays beforehand or after the completion of the task. Once the assigned, agent will receive tasks through their system, assigned to him/her then they pick up the tasks to be done one after another to be delivered as per the timeline. In this case, the app must receive tasks, process payments, and communicate electronically with the agent.

Primary Actor: User delegating tasks to a virtual assistant

Scenario: The user makes a to-do list of tasks that he doesn't have time to do, then assigns tasks in to-do lists to a virtual assistant. Once duties are assigned, the virtual assistant receives the tasks through their system and then processes tasks to be delivered to receive payments electronically.
