Customer Persona

As part of upskilling myself in Digital Marketing fundamentals, I learned the importance of building a customer persona. My mentor explained the framework of why, who, what, where, and how—where the “who” represents the target audience of a product. Through this, I understood how creating a detailed customer or buyer persona helps identify and connect with the right audience.

Alongside this, I also explored competitor analysis, which plays a key role in understanding market positioning, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
