Objective: Developed a comprehensive 30-day execution plan to onboard 15+ Bangalore-based colleges and establish Fueler as the go-to "Proof of Work" career infrastructure for creative and business students.

Execution Highlights:

Targeted Outreach: Identified key entry points including Student Club Leads (E-Cells, Design, and Marketing clubs) and department HODs to bypass traditional placement bureaucracy.

Onboarding Framework: Designed a "Bottom-Up" approach where students are onboarded through high-value activities like "The 48-Hour Portfolio Challenge" and live "Portfolio Sprints".

30-Day Roadmap: Structured a phased timeline covering initial research, on-ground workshops, and final activation to ensure consistent visibility.

Distribution Strategy: Integrated offline tactics (QR-code posters in high-traffic zones and laptop branding) with online amplification through exclusive WhatsApp communities and LinkedIn leaderboards.

Strategic Goal: The plan focuses on building a "Proof-of-Work First" culture, shifting student focus from static resumes to dynamic skill-based portfolios that directly attract startup recruiters.
