Training the machine learning model using different algorithms and evaluating each of the model’s performance metrics to go ahead with.

The algorithms I wanted to use are as follows:-

Naive Bayes:- for predicting the outcomes with probability, which will help us tell the top 3 issues faced by the users.

Decision Trees (ID3 & C4.5):- for optimized classification evaluations.

For gathering the essential keywords from the text that was input by the user, we can use Natural Language Processing(NLP) and optimized Sentiment Analysis
