This badge-style logo was designed for Berger Paints' "Manufacturing Excellence" (MEX) initiative. The objective of this project was to visually represent the spirit of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in manufacturing. The design symbolizes teamwork and progress through the silhouettes of three individuals and a gear symbol, emphasizing the key values of the program — Involve, Resolve, Evolve. The vibrant gradient and shield shape reflect strength, unity, and a forward-thinking mindset, while maintaining a strong visual connection to Berger Paints’ identity.
