FlowPilot | Project Management System
Built a practical project management system in Asana around a startup launch scenario, designed to bring structure and visibility to complex delivery.
The system covers project planning, task ownership, milestones, dependencies, status tracking, RAG visibility, risk follow-up and delivery coordination across Product, Engineering, Customer Onboarding and Launch activities.
I designed the workspace around how a PM needs to work: make ownership clear, keep dependencies visible, identify risks early and maintain a reliable view of progress across workstreams.
