Fanizm – Launch & Growth Campaign

Objective:

Build awareness and community for India’s first fan-led entertainment-tech platform through digital and on-ground activations.

What I Did:

- Developed and executed the full Instagram content calendar (Aug–Jan)  

- Managed on-ground activations at Mithibai Fest and JVPD grounds  

- Handled influencer tie-ups, barter collabs, and UGC  

- Created strategic buzz via reels, posts & event storytelling

Results:

- 130% digital growth in 3 months  

- 15K+ footfall at activations  

- 300K+ reach via Instagram  

- 25K+ avg views on reels & influencer collabs
