Goal:
Show how a luxury apartment in Bangalore can be marketed to young tech professionals by focusing on lifestyle, work-from-home comfort, and why owning can be better than renting.

Tools & Technologies used:

Z-Image for AI image creation

Luma AI for short interior video

Instagram & Pinterest to understand housing and lifestyle trends among young professionals

What I did:

Created AI visuals of a realistic Bangalore apartment workspace and living area

Wrote social media copy (hook, benefits, CTA) for a young tech audience

Researched the “rent vs buy in your 20s” trend and built messaging around it

Positioned the apartment as both a lifestyle upgrade and a practical ownership step

Challenges and learning:

Getting AI visuals to feel like a real lived-in apartment, not a showroom

Keeping the tone relatable while still selling a premium property

Connecting emotional lifestyle appeal with financial logic (owning vs renting)

Result/Outcome:
Built a clear AI-led marketing concept that shows how a luxury Bangalore apartment can appeal to young professionals as a comfortable WFH home and a smart long-term move.
