An inline-4 engine skeleton featuring meticulously designed connecting rods, a crankshaft, and pistons in SolidWorks. Embracing a passion for engineering design, this project reflects my dedication to engineering and innovation.
As a Computer Science student with a fervor for actual engineering, this is my interdisciplinary approach to mastering the diverse facets of technology. I used SolidWorks, something I've been learning at college, to design the inline-4 engine skeleton.
Perhaps the most difficult part of this was creating an assembly of all individual parts - crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, caps, and rings. In the end, this project significantly expanded my knowledge of SolidWorks and internal combustion engines, and provided invaluable insights into computer aided design.
