The Brief (Scenario):
"An organization observed rising employee burnout and a dip in performance. As an Emotional Wellness Coach, I was tasked to audit the workplace environment, identify psychological triggers of stress, and provide a data-backed roadmap to improve retention."
What I Did:
Research & Data: Analysed 30 corporate employees using a Likert-scale methodology to measure stress, work-life balance, and job satisfaction.
Key Discovery: Identified that while 80% of staff report high stress, a critical 33% awareness gap exists regarding available support resources.
The Pivot: After presenting initial data, I revised the strategy to prioritise internal communication and manager burnout training to ensure support actually reaches those in need.
The Result: A 3-stage strategic roadmap (structural, clinical, and educational) designed to reduce the 43% work-life dissatisfaction rate and recover the 70% productivity loss linked to workplace stress.
