As a Content Creation English Associate at Transform Schools (The Transform Trust), I design and develop engaging English teaching and learning materials for middle and secondary grades. My work involves creating lesson plans, reading and writing modules, grammar activities, and teacher training content aligned with NCERT textbooks. I contribute to teacher professional development under the Tripura Rural Education Support Project (TRESP) by designing interactive and performance-based training sessions for teachers and master trainers. My role focuses on transforming English pedagogy into practical, child-centered strategies that help teachers enhance classroom learning outcomes.
