I did my PhD in Chemical Engineering from IIT Guwahati in the year 2020. During my PhD I worked on foams and emulsions of zwitterionic surfactants. As those surfactants though have been used as surfactant in lot of products either for FMCG and Enhanced oil recovery, but their surface and interfacial properties have not been documented in literature.
