WHY A FUELER PORTFOLIO IS BECOMING THE NEW RESUME FOR KNOWLEDGE WORKERS
The main objective of this project is to explain how the hiring process is evolving in today’s digital and skill-based job market. Traditionally, job seekers relied on resumes to present their qualifications and experience. However, modern recruiters increasingly prefer to see real proof of work rather than only written descriptions of skills. The entire project took approximately 2 hours to complete. If this type of project were created professionally for a client, the estimated charge would be around ₹1,000 – ₹2,000, depending on the requirements. Tools used are Google Docs, ChatGPT, and Canva. This project was completed independently. It was not created for any specific organization or client.
