Designed an end-to-end operations setup, including supply chain optimization, predictive demand planning, and warehouse upgrades with RFID/barcode-based real-time inventory management and cold-chain logistics. Developed a technology roadmap, integrating AI/ML for prescription validation, IoT for temperature monitoring, and a user-centric mobile app with features like voice search, smart refills, and instant consultations. Additionally, outlined strategic partnerships with pharmacy chains to streamline licensing and compliance while enhancing user retention through targeted marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
