Sample Script for Freelance Assignment: How Tesla Will Impact the EV Scenario in India

As part of the freelance assignment process, I was given a sample topic to showcase my scripting skills. The brief was to write a YouTube script on "How Tesla Will Impact the EV Scenario in India."

I structured the script like a story rather than a lecture. It starts with Tesla’s global image, moves into the current EV situation in India, and then explores how Tesla’s entry could potentially disrupt the market. The idea was simple: keep the content informative, but make it engaging enough to hold a viewer’s attention till the very end.

I intentionally simplified technical concepts, backed the narrative with relevant market insights, and connected everything to real-world impact—how this shift could affect Indian consumers, existing auto brands, and government EV policies. Overall, the sample reflects my ability to research deeply, simplify complex topics, and write in a conversational, digital-first tone that works well for platforms like YouTube.
