- Assessed product messaging, claim hierarchy, and supporting benefit language tied to retinol
- Identified five major global trends shaped by consumer behavior, ingredient research, and formulation progress
- Detailed each trend by: consumer insight, benefit promise, claim style, delivery systems, product formats, and messaging patterns
- Organized findings into a structured, presentation-ready story created for brand and communication planning
Outcome
