Pre-Approved Loan Top-Up (Home/MSME)

In this project, I worked on developing a feature that allows existing customers to receive top-up loans based on their repayment history and credit profile. Using our consumer app, customers can complete the process in under 5 minutes with OTP authentication, E-sign, and E-NACH mandates.

1. Notification & Loan Offer: Customers are notified of their pre-approved loan offer.
2. Loan Details: When they tap the notification, they can view the loan amount, tenure, interest rate, EMI, and deductions like processing fees.
3. Seamless Application Process: They simply enter their bank account details, then proceed with E-sign and E-NACH.
4. Instant Disbursal: Once completed, the loan is instantly disbursed to their account.

This project enabled me to streamline the entire loan disbursement process, creating a frictionless and fully digital experience for users.
