Designed a product experience to integrate carbon footprint data into the e-commerce journey, enabling eco-conscious decision-making without disrupting conversions; scoped and prioritized 4 MVP features using the MoSCoW framework.
Built detailed user personas, customer journey maps, and a feature roadmap that addressed trust, data transparency, and user overwhelm; proposed solutions like carbon score badges, eco filters, and cart-level summaries.
Defined a 4-phase GTM strategy and success metrics framework (North Star, primary, and business impact KPIs) to validate adoption, drive seller opt-in, and measure brand trust uplift.
