Pehli Udaan — A first-flight companion inside Digiyatra

I turned the anxiety-filled journey of 25 million annual first-time domestic flyers into a guided, offline-first video game.
Using only mandatory booking data and existing airport infra, I designed a 10-screen swipe-through experience that walks users from ticket purchase → curb at destination, with micro-videos, single-action cards and a human buddy fallback.
