Role: Social Media Executive Timeline: May 2024 – April 2025

Core Challenge: When I joined The Rolling Plate, I walked into a massive challenge. I wasn't just handling one brand; I was handed the Main brand plus 20+ sub-brands.

Honestly? It was intimidating at first. The accounts had been stagnant for 1 years, zero growth, low energy. I had two choices: keep doing the bare minimum, or completely flip the script.

What I Did: I decided to stop playing it safe. I took full ownership and shifted our strategy from "posting" to "producing."

Content Overhaul: We ditched the boring graphics. I directed high-quality studio shoots, raw kitchen walkthroughs, and podcast episodes.

The "Extra Mile": I noticed our website was boring and misleading about the brand, so I took the initiative to rework it. I just built a better one on WordPress myself.

Revenue Focus: It wasn't just about likes. I ran influencer campaigns and lead gen strategies specifically designed to sell Cloud Kitchen Franchises.

The Results:

Broke the Curse: After 2 years of flatlining, we gained 4,500+ organic followers in just 6 months.

Sales Impact: My campaigns directly brought in leads for the franchise business.

Lesson Learned: Quality content wins, but taking initiative wins bigger.
