Naseem Perfumes – Global Google Ads Growth Journey

I managed the Google Ads campaigns for Naseem Perfumes from Dec 2023 to Sep 2025, targeting 8 international markets – India, Kuwait, USA, UAE, France, Australia, Oman, and the UK.

The objective was to build global brand visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and generate ROAS through Search, Display, and Video campaigns.

Over this 22-month journey, I:

Launched product-based Search, Display campaigns, Pmax Campaign, Shopping Campaign and video Campaigns to capture fragrance-related demand.

Scaled with high-performing Video campaigns (Musk Safi, Twin Paradise, Urban Beat), achieving up to 15% view rates, above industry benchmarks.

Optimized ad performance using demographic insights (male 18–34 audience) and time-slot analysis to focus budgets on peak engagement hours.

Improved efficiency by pausing low-performing keywords, reallocating budget, and expanding into new regional markets.

Drove consistent month-on-month improvements in CTR, ROAS, and brand reach, positioning Naseem Perfumes as a competitive luxury perfume brand in global markets.
