Founded in 2017, Humane Naturals began with an initial investment of ₹14,000, funded by the sale of a personal PlayStation 3. The brand was established to introduce innovative skincare solutions in the Indian market.

Achievements: Humane Naturals quickly distinguished itself by launching India's first customized soap and skincare gifting range, growing into a ₹30 lakh per year business. This rapid growth underscored the brand's unique position in the market and its ability to connect with consumer needs.

Challenges and Resolution: Despite early success, the company faced significant challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, compounded by rapid scaling on debt. Recognizing the potential risk of a debt trap, the decision was made to proactively shut down the direct-to-consumer (D2C) wing of the business. This difficult choice prevented further financial strain and allowed for a strategic reassessment.

Skills and Focus: Throughout this venture, I honed my skills in product development, marketing, and customer retention. The experience provided invaluable insights into business operations and the critical importance of strategic financial planning.

Transition and Future Focus: After closing Humane Naturals, my passion for the D2C sector inspired me to enter the service industry, focusing on helping other D2C companies enhance their customer retention strategies. This new direction utilizes my deep understanding of D2C dynamics and my commitment to sustainable business practices.
