Co-founded Cubex.cx

In 2022 I co-founded Cubex.cx to improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) for F&B and D2C brands, focusing on enhancing customer experience.

Business Model and Services:
We offered Feedback Loop and Consulting services, helping nearly 18 clients improve customer interactions. Despite client satisfaction, we struggled to establish a recurring revenue model.

Challenges and Strategic Insights:
Educating the market on the value of customer experience strategies proved difficult. We needed either significant awareness efforts or a strong tech product for market entry. However, we couldn't because of lack of capital. 

Skills Learned:
I gained expertise in customer mapping, customer journey optimization, Automations, API and Sales strategies, preparing me for future ventures.

Conclusion and Transition:
After a year, financial constraints and strategic differences led to halting operations. This experience highlighted the importance of choosing the right market and aligning strategies.
