As per the functionalities of a basic CRM , Leadsquared's CRM was used for the same purpose:-
- Calling Leads
- API integrations through Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Landing page and website integration
- Converse facility , for chatting directly through WhatsApp with leads
- Tagging calls , accessing call recordings etc. due to integrations with Telephony
The entire lifecycle of the CRM , from Requirement Gathering , to integrations, to monitoring the platforms and user access, was completely monitored and managed single handedly by me
