Goal:
Grow 5 underperforming brands on Furrl from under Rs. 50K/month to Rs. 2L/month GMV within 30 days, and scale Shopify brand onboarding from 10 to 15 brands/month using the same team.
Tools & Frameworks Used:
Conversion rate optimization, micro-creator seeding, CRM (WhatsApp + email), bundle & AOV strategy, funnel tracking, process automation, Shopify onboarding ops.
What I Did:
Built a week-wise GMV growth plan focused on conversion fixes, creators, CRM, and retargeting.
Designed bundle and AOV uplift strategies to add 10–15% lift per order.
Structured a micro-creator engine (5–10 creators per brand) with UTM tracking.
Created a self-serve Shopify onboarding system with checklists, templates, and Loom walkthroughs.
Designed a weekly brand pipeline tracker from lead to call to live.
Challenges & Learnings:
Fast GMV growth depends more on conversion + AOV than just more traffic.
CRM and creators outperform broad influencer spends at low budgets.
Onboarding scale is driven by process design, not headcount.
Result / Outcome:
Built a clear path to Rs. 2L/month GMV per brand with just 3–4 extra orders/day.
Projected Rs. 10L/month total GMV across 5 brands.
Designed a system to scale Shopify onboarding by 50% using automation and referrals.
Cut onboarding time by 30–40% with self-serve kits.
