A US-based CPA Firm wanted to outsource some work related to determining suitable entity type for their clients who look forward to expand in the country, while mentioning the reasons of the choice clearly for the reference of the clients.
Process:
After understanding each business model and the requirements of the clients and the CPA Firm in detail, I researched and advised best business models for each client, treating them different individuals with different goals and requirements.
Challenge:
Lack of direct communication with client, who has original intent of forming the business.
Solution:
Cross-questioning with the CPA firm to be clearer on each business model and each individual, including arranging for follow-up discussions, if required.
