CareerTrack – Enterprise Job Application & Placement Management Platform
- Streamline Recruitment: To automate and structure the hiring process from posting a job opening to the final selection phase.
- Role-Based Workspaces:
- Job Seekers: Build profiles, upload/manage resumes, search and filter job openings dynamically, and track application status.
- Recruiters: Manage postings, review candidates' professional histories, download resumes, and manage applicant stages.
- Platform Admins: Monitor platform telemetry, moderate job listings, and manage user account activations.
- Ensure Security & Auditability: Enforce stateless token-based authorization and track every stage of the recruitment process in a transactional history log.

- Frontend: Coded with React.js (built using Tailwind CSS for styling, and Recharts for data dashboards).
- Backend: Powered by Spring Boot 3.x (Spring Web for routing, Spring Data JPA for data management, and Spring Security for authentication).
- Database: MySQL for relational data persistence (with Hibernate for Object-Relational Mapping).
- JDBC Connection: Established via HikariCP (Hikari Connection Pool) to handle high-performance database connection pooling.
- Integration: Done with REST APIs (Axios client on React integrated with Spring Boot REST endpoints) and secured with JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for stateless authorization.
