The objective to organise the Toastmasters meeting was to provide a positive and supportive learning experience to its members.
It's exactly like a classroom except it's fun!
As a Vice President Education (Jun 22-Dec 22):
-I've supported the learning journey of 20+ members every week for different roles and responsibilities, this included providing members emotional support and curated content, connecting them with their mentors, as well as making sure that mentors have a good relationship with mentees.
-I've also let people know how they can self-learn a lot and encouraged them to take more risks
-I've developed Excel sheets to track each member's progress
-I've learnt that customer experience must be super great, meeting expectations is not enough, you must delight them, and specifically in educational organizations, personal growth is the metric learners value most
-One of my primarily jobs were to ensure quality meetings every week. It included setting agendas, planning the structure of meetings, defining and arranging resources, ideation, and execution for innovation, and managing stakeholders: members, team members, club coaches, collaborators, and resource providers.
As a President (Jan 23-Jun 23):
-Managed complete logistics, planning, and execution of the offline events, every Sunday for 6 months
-Managed a team of 7 Individuals, fostering collaboration and teamwork
