- Supported platform of GE's Finance Data Lake, serving 10K+ internal customers across various products
- Spearheaded the Hadoop platform architecture re-design & optimization improving availability from 80% to ~99.99% and performance by ~300%; Setup a unique and complex architectural paradigm, only achieved by 2 other companies/teams in the world
- Led platform roadmap, release planning & became the primary liaison and Big Data SME for Product Managers 
- Ideated, designed, and developed a query monitoring framework, extracted utilization insights to drive optimization & capacity planning
