Designed a centralized LIMS solution for power plant laboratories to digitize and streamline the complete laboratory lifecycle across Coal, Water Chemistry, and Ash testing.

The solution addresses fragmented laboratory operations by bringing sample registration, test management, result capture, validation, approvals, reporting, and analytics into a single platform.

My Product Role

I worked on the product definition and solution design, translating power-plant laboratory requirements into workflows, system capabilities, dashboards, integrations, and user-facing functionality.

Outcome: A scalable LIMS concept aimed at reducing manual laboratory operations, improving data accuracy and turnaround time, and providing plant teams with centralized, actionable quality insights.

The original case study covers the same lifecycle from sample registration through validation, approvals, reporting and analytics, including Coal, Water Chemistry and Ash laboratory operations.
