Objective:
This post is part of my portfolio project on personal branding strategy for founders. I picked Aman Kumar, the co-founder of Mave Health, a deep-tech mental health startup, to show how technical founders can still sound deeply human when storytelling is done right. The goal was to extract his founder voice and write 3 sample posts that blend care, code, and conviction.
What I Focused On:
• Auditing his voice, tone, and posting style across LinkedIn to reflect his real founder personality
• Building high-empathy, founder-led post ideas using Jatin Modi’s viral framework (Odd Hook → First Person → Harsh Truth → Positive Examples → The End)
• Writing 3 original posts that mix engineering grit with emotional honesty, without diluting the science
Time Taken: 1–2 days (includes audit, brainstorming, and post writing)
Tools Used: Notion, LinkedIn, ChatGPT for feedback on structure and clarity
Who Should Check This Out:
If you’re a tech founder, brand consultant, or personal branding strategist working in healthcare, deep-tech, or high-trust spaces, this is for you.
Founder storytelling doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.
Sometimes, all it takes is a sentence that sounds exactly like you.
Let’s connect if you’re building something complex, and want your story to feel simple, clear, and deeply human.
