As part of the case competition, we introduced a new feature in Myntra to streamline the return process for customers. The feature aimed to simplify the steps involved in returning products by providing a more intuitive interface and clear instructions. Users could easily initiate returns through a few clicks, track the status of their returns, and choose from multiple convenient return options. By enhancing this aspect of the shopping experience, we aimed to improve customer satisfaction, reduce friction, and ultimately drive greater loyalty to the platform.
