INAAYA,22 she is studying in her bedroom, her psychology

books are lying on the bed. While studying she picks her

phone and start swiping on BumbleBee. She matches with

ARMAAN,25 live in PG in Delhi native of Lucknow, pursuing PhD

in International Relations. "GIRLS MAKE THE FIRST MOVE"

appears on the screen.

INAAYA

Hey! How are you?

ARMAAN

Hey!! I'm good. What about you?

INAAYA

I'm good too.

ARMAAN

Inaaya goes to the college in the morning and keep checking

her phone again and again if Armaan has texted her or not.

While she was in the class Armaan texts.

Its difficult to choose one i like

every one of them. But i liked the

indian touch you know Kate sharma,

Edwina Sharma and all. Do you have

a favourite character?

Yeah i loved that too, their role

in the show has sparked talk of

colorism, colonialism and women's

rights. And women's buiness,

penelope have her newsletter's

business, madame delacroix, a

designer. Kate Sharma is my

favourite character.

INAAYA

Totally agreed. It's cool women

having business and you see how

difficult it is for women to run

their business. Penelope had to

hide her identity.

ARMAAN

Yeahh it has always been hard on

women. Even Eloise who wish to live

a spinster's life and no marriage

expectations and push back the ways

society expects women's to behave,

is a great character.

INAAYA

Ya that's the beauty of the show.

Anthony Bridgerton as an actor have

given a great performance. His

character have much to say about

toxic masculinity in the name of

duties.

Yess and toxic masculinity is still

a battle.

whole process of knowimg each other.

INT. IN INAAYA'S BEDROOM - EVENING

Inaaya is organising her study table, listening to music, her

phone chimes she received a mesage. She checks her phone it's

from Armaan.

ARMAAN

Hey! Are you free tomorrow?

INAAYA

Yes i guess. Its sunday tomorrow, i

have no classes.

ARMAAN

Okay. Do you maybe want to hangout

tomorrow?

INAAYA

Yeah yeah sure.

ARMAAN

Where do you want to go?

ARMAAN

Hauz Khas around 12 noon?

INAAYA

Inaaya keeps her phone aside and continue organising her

cupboard with a smile. she is excited about tomorrow, after

she finishes organisng books she start deciding her dress for

tomorrow's date. Meanwhile Armaan has shared the location of

the place.

INT. INSIDE A CAFE IN HAUZ KHAS - AFTERNOON

Inaaya has reached the location on time. Armaan is running

late.

Sorry sorry i'm running late,

something came up. Will reach as

soon as possible. Sorry.

INAAYA

Okay. Come fast.

Inaaya is waiting for Armaan she orders a coffee for herself.

Its been 15 minutes. A MYSTERIOUDS GUY,25 with a mark like

cut on his neck, messy hair, shoes have mud all over and

jeans torn with blood stain near knee as if he has fallen, is

looking for something.Inaaya thought maybe he is Armaan, she

goes to the mysterious guy and ask him if he is Armaan.he

fumbles and says yes he is. They start conversation but he is

little weird, and not properly talking about his situation

what happned to him.

INAAYA

Hey! Are you Armaan?

MYSTERIOUS GUY

Ah yes yes.

INAAYA

What happened to you?

ARMAAN

Nothing nothing I just fell. Sorry

you were waiting. Lets order

something i' m really hungry.

INAAYA

Ya me too.

Mysterious guy called the waiter and they gave order. They

are talking, Inaaya felt like he is Armaan only. They are

vibing but only thing awkward about him was his appearance

which was not ready to talk about. The food came. They ate.

They talked about the plcae, food, movies etc etc. Its been

an hour. Armaan didnt come yet meanwhile Armaan have texted

Inaaya but her phone is on silent and she didnt see his

messgaes.

MYSTERIOUS GUY

Excuse me, i need to go to the

washroom

Oh okay.

Mysterious guy went to the washroom and Armaan enters the

cafe. He calls Inaaya but she didnt pick.

He saw sjhe was sitting near the window and she have eaten

Hey! I'm sorry, so sorryy. I got

late. I know you must be angry at

me but i have reason. Something

came up?

Hey! I am Armaan

Mysterious guy comes back from washroom and convince Inaaya

that the guy is lying and he is not Armaan.

MYSTERIOUS GUY

Inaaya come lets go. He is

annoying. God knows who is he.

Inaaya and Mysterious guy leave the cafe, while going Inaaya

check her phone and she had message from Armaan 25 minutes

ago “I M SORRY, I M VERY LATE. ABOUT TO REACH”.
