1. Define your target personas: What kind of companies are you catering to? 2. Describe the solution: How will you solve this problem? If you suggest multiple features, how would you prioritize? 

3. Build wireframes: How do you envision your product’s UI/UX? 

4. Devise a monetization plan: How will you monetize this solution? Will it be offered for free, paid, or freemium? If it is to be offered as a paid product, what will be the pricing point? 

5. Define your KPIs: What will you measure to determine whether the product is successful?
