Assignment Details:

1. Pick Two Designs You Love & Two You Dislike: Show us designs (can be decks, websites, playbooks) that make you go "Wow!" and two that probably make you roll your eyes, and tell us why for each.

Pro tip: Don’t pull examples from “Top 10 Designs of All Time” lists—we’ve seen those, trust us. We’re looking for authenticity.

2. Share Your Portfolio: We’ll go through your portfolio to see what you’ve worked on so far. Along with it, you can pick two designs you’re genuinely proud of. Tell us why these stand out to you—not because they’re museum-worthy, but because they’re designs you put heart and sweat into, and they drove the result they were built for.

3. (Bonus) Go Through Our Website and Suggest Changes: This is not a must-have but will definitely make your application stand out for us! We are already looking into redesigning our website to add the 😮 factor. You can go through our current website to understand what we do better and suggest how you would approach it differently.
