Worked in integration of MEMS microphone with the ESP-32 board for mono-directional sound detection for heart artery health and detecting pathogeny related to arteries. In doing so we highlighted the short comings of ECG in comparison to the MEMS microphone and how it serves as a more efficient and accurate mode of detection.
