What I did?
Planned and executed a student-focused social media strategy that included meme-based engagement content, creative promotional posters, and educational blog articles addressing student concerns. Managed Meta ad campaigns for lead generation, coordinated consistent posting across platforms, and used AI-assisted workflows to speed up content creation while maintaining visual and messaging consistency.
Challenges and learning:
Maintaining relevance with student audiences required continuous trend monitoring and rapid content adaptation. Balancing engagement content with promotional messaging highlighted the importance of audience psychology. Learned how to optimize ad creatives for better lead quality, streamline creative workflows using AI tools, and align content strategy with measurable marketing objectives.
Result/Outcome
Improved brand visibility among the target student segment, increased engagement through relatable content, and generated a steady flow of student leads for training and internship programs, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining organic engagement with paid acquisition strategies.
