"Kala ka Shamshan" (trans. The Graveyard of Art) is a story based in the art-city of West Bengal, Kumartuli, The story is an attempt to bring the pain of artisans in front of the world, through the vivid interaction of Chitrangadha with a local potter in the city.
The Xavier Institute of Communication, St. Xavier College, Mumbai organized their Annual Media Fest, Ikshana'22, where 'Kala ka Shamshan' won the 2nd place and was recognised for its writing and impact of its story-telling
