Impact of Digital Marketing Communication on Tourism

This study explored how digital marketing—through social media, online content, and mobile platforms—reshapes the tourism industry. Using data from 107 respondents and real-time analysis, I investigated consumer behavior, travel decision-making, and satisfaction with digital tourism content. Key findings showed Instagram and YouTube as leading platforms influencing travel, and a significant shift toward personalized, tech-driven marketing in tourism.
