This project aims to design and develop a Complaint Management System that allows users to register complaints online and enables administrators to track, manage, and resolve them efficiently.
The main objective of this project is to reduce manual paperwork, improve transparency, and ensure faster resolution of complaints. Users can submit complaints, view their status, and receive updates, while administrators can categorize, assign, and resolve complaints through a centralized dashboard.
The project took approximately 2–3 weeks to design and implement.
Tools and technologies used include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and basic UML diagrams such as Use Case, Sequence, and Class diagrams.
This project was completed as part of my academic learning to understand system design, database handling, and real-world problem solving.
