Campaign objective: Increase free webinar/workshop sign-ups on topics related to Canada PR process
Process:
Created a series of video ads breaking down common myths related to entire process of getting PR.
We did split-testing on ad creatives and copy . Also on targeting options.
Targeted ads to people within a 30-mile radius of the major cities in India namely Mumbai , Pune , Bangalore, Delhi etc. with interests in Immigration in general and Canada PR or IELTS Exam.
Got people register on landing page & using Zapier we set automation to add these people to email list , WhatsApp group ,messenger group and SMS list for following up with them.
We also ran retargeting campaigns for people who came to page & didn't signed up
Till Webinar day , we keep engaging all registered participants via Email, WhatsApp, SMS & Messenger.
One Webinar day , We had checklists of all do & pre-checks . We assisted them in Zoom Management also and helping getting queries answers on final offer sold on webinar.
