A few months ago, I was really struggling with my mental health. I felt stressed, unhappy, and couldn't stop overthinking. This led to sleep problems and made it hard to focus on my work.
I realized that I needed professional help because I couldn't handle it on my own. So, I started going for therapy sessions.
In short, therapy has changed how I see life now.
I've become better at handling my emotions and thoughts. But getting therapy or mental health help is not easy. It's hard to find and costs a lot of money.
And there's also a lot of people who think it's bad to ask for help.
I think therapy is like going to a regular doctor when you're sick. To start with therapy, you can try online options to help with anxiety.
