Mini project-I
This is a Internship project title & work which I have done for 15 days in Invitro Biologicals, Chennai. I came to learn about the basic Molecular Biology techniques. I have gained practical lab exposure.The title is Plasmid extraction and Agarose gel electrophoresis from E.coli.. In this result, i have got the dna bands in which i can identify the purity and %of presence of the protein.I have created a ppt with reference to the report i did.Its just a overview of the work.
