This project is a result of the Craft Research Documentation Program conducted by the National Institute of Fashion Technology. Its primary objective is to explore and develop solutions that promote and uplift the handicrafts and authentic artisans of Raghurajpur, a village in Odisha, India.

In this project, we have done extensive research to design a website to uplift artisans’ lives and promote the crafts practised in the village of Raghurajpur. By providing detailed information and at the same time creating a platform that enables the selling and buying of authentic crafts, we are trying to promote a better lifestyle for the artisans by moving a step closer towards digital India.
