Fuelify is an innovative product concept designed as part of a marketing project focused on solving a real-time problem in the logistics and transport industry. The product is a smart, automated fuel-level detector created specifically for commercial vehicles such as lorries, trucks, and long-route carriers. Fuelify addresses a major operational challenge faced by fleet owners — fuel theft, manipulation, and false reimbursement claims made by drivers during long-distance travel.

The device is installed in the fuel tank and is integrated with a live alert system. Whenever fuel is refilled or fuel levels drop below a set threshold, the system automatically notifies the vehicle owner through a connected app or SMS. This enables complete transparency in fuel tracking, strengthens trust in fleet operations, and reduces financial leakages caused by fuel fraud.

From a marketing standpoint, Fuelify was positioned as a cost-saving, security-enhancing B2B product targeted at fleet owners, logistics companies, and transport contractors. The product strategy was built around dependability, automation, and ROI-based value delivery. Through this project, I worked on concept development, customer segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market planning, applying the 7Ps framework to convert an industry problem into a viable commercial solution.
