Gokul completed his internship at HDFC Bank, Kalapatti Branch, Coimbatore, where he conducted a study on “Digital Awareness and Customer Satisfaction.” The internship provided exposure to various banking operations including customer service, digital banking processes, and loan documentation. He interacted with customers to assess their awareness and satisfaction regarding HDFC’s digital platforms such as mobile banking, net banking, and UPI services. The experience enhanced his understanding of financial services, customer relationship management, and the growing role of technology in banking.
