🎯 Client Requirement:
Vista Properties had a clear but simple ask — they wanted a video that flows smoothly and includes B-roll that people can relate to, especially with a touch of humour like relatable memes.

🎬 Our Approach:
We focused on adding B-roll and meme-style clips that their audience would instantly connect with. Every visual was carefully chosen to match the tone, humour, and lifestyle of the target viewers — making sure the message felt real and engaging.

We also made sure the fonts, colours, and overall design stayed aligned with Vista Properties’ brand identity — so the final video looked polished and on-brand.
