Built an AI-powered customer sales and support chatbot for Luxe Dream that automates the entire customer interaction journey—from product discovery to post-purchase support—using intelligent workflow automation in n8n combined with OpenAI. The system captures incoming queries via webhook, analyzes user intent in real time, and dynamically routes conversations to the appropriate flow, whether it’s recommending products, answering FAQs, assisting with order tracking, or handling returns and cancellations. It is designed to simulate a human-like conversation while maintaining speed and consistency, ensuring customers receive instant, relevant responses without waiting for manual support. The workflow integrates with e-commerce systems like Shopify (or can be adapted for any platform) to fetch live order data, product information, and customer details, enabling accurate and contextual replies. Additionally, it includes fallback logic for complex queries, where conversations can be escalated to a human agent, ensuring no lead or support request is lost. By eliminating repetitive tasks, reducing response times from hours to seconds, and guiding users toward purchase decisions, this automation significantly improves customer experience, increases conversion rates, and reduces operational workload by up to 60–80%.
