In the solar ambassador program on occasion on Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October to commemorate the 150th Anniversary we visited IIT BOMBAY Campus to get trained on how to make Solar Lamps we made solar lamps using Goose Stick, A pre designed pcb, Led, Rechargeable Battery & a few other components to design a low cost solar lamp under $2.50. The guiness book of world records was recorded to light the most number of lamps across the campus the training took place across India mainly in rural parts where electricity is not much accessible in order to gain traction on the number of students that are being educated to gain a better future
