Leading the "Alexa DIY Speaker" project from ideation to launch has been a pioneering endeavor, showcasing my ability to navigate the entire project lifecycle. With a team of fewer than 5 members, I conceptualized and executed a project aimed at empowering high school children to build their own Alexa speaker from scratch. The project involved the integration of our in-house built chip, providing a unique educational experience and hands-on learning opportunity. This initiative not only emphasized technical innovation but also underscored my leadership skills in orchestrating a successful product launch with limited resources.
